Refund policy
BY PURCHASING, THE BUYER ACCEPTS ALL THE CONDITIONS INDICATED BELOW
RETURNS
Our products are divided into several categories for return management:
- Standard or partially customized products
- Personalized products and Gift Cards
1 - Standard or partially customized products
We have a 14 day return policy. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Returns are excluded for different types of goods. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns of intimate or medical products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.
Additional items excluded from return:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products
* Certain health and personal care items
For return purposes, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
* Book with obvious signs of use
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any item that is not in its original condition is damaged or with parts missing for reasons unrelated to our error.
* Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to let you know that your item has been received. We will also let you know if your refund request has been approved or denied.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your card or original payment method, within a certain number of days .
Late or outstanding refunds (if applicable)
If you still haven't received a refund, first double-check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is formally posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time involved in posting a refund.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only full priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, no refunds are possible for sale items.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange with the same item, send us an email to info@curtgranda.com and send the item to the following address: Via Pascoli 33 20851 Lissone MB Italy.
Gifts
If at the time of purchase the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you will receive a voucher corresponding to the return value. Upon receipt of the returned item, the gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver send the order to be delivered to you in person, we will send a refund to the person who gave the gift and they will be aware of your return.
Shipping
To make a return, send the product to the following address: Via Pascoli 33 - 20851 - Lissone (MB) - Italy.
The shipping costs for returning the item will be at your expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will not be included in the refund.
Depending on the country you live in, the delivery time for the replacement product may vary.
If you need to ship an item over €75, consider using a trackable shipping service or insuring the shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
2 - Personalized products and Gift Cards
As fully customized products created according to the specifications provided by the customer (photo), all orders placed on the site will not be refunded except for a product not received.
As a Gift Card, all orders placed on the site will not be refunded.
If the product received is damaged contact via email support@curtgranda.com to report it and start the necessary checks.
If the customer has not followed our guidelines "Photo selection guide" indicated on the site and because of this the product is not as desired and/or the customer is not satisfied with this lastly, the customer has no right to a refund.
In fact, we do not hold ourselves responsible for the photos uploaded by our customers and if the latter do not meet the criteria indicated by us for obtaining a quality pendant (the lines guide for uploading an optimal photo are clearly indicated on each product page), we will not offer any refund in case of dissatisfaction and/or poor quality of the product.
The criteria indicated for uploading an optimal photo are clear and objective and indicated on each product page.
If the guidelines are not followed and a low quality photo is uploaded (thereby obtaining a jewel of low quality) the customer will not be entitled to a refund.
